Disabilities vary greatly in the way it presents and the amount of care and support needed depends on each individual. Caring for someone with disability can be stressful. So the support is provided by a support worker with experience in supporting people with disabilities. They are skilled at empowering each individual to improve their daily life, and gaining more control and independence.
All our Support workers have NDIS worker clearance check and will be suited to work with vulnerable people. Our recruitment team carries out two interviews and one will be in person. Once we are satisfied that the candidate is of the standard we expect, we will then take at least two references to ensure that we have the complete picture of the individual.
It is perfectly natural to build a rapport with your Support worker, and that is why our staff are handpicked for this reason. Sometimes, we will have to provide other workers for relief having of your usual worker.
